Eric Friedman - President
Awarded Realtor
of the Year by the St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial
Division
Eric founded Friedman Group, Ltd in 1995. Prior to
starting Friedman Group he was a broker with a mid size - 14 person
- brokerage firm in St. Louis for seven years. Eric has served a
wide range of clients from government, Fortune 100 corporations,
entrepreneurs, investors, professional firms, social service agencies
and other not for profits. He brings his over 36 years of experience
as a business and real estate owner, developer and broker to bear
on helping clients with their real estate needs, by providing solutions.
He serves or has served in these positions and on
these boards: Past Chairman of the Board Commercial Information
Exchange, Inc., (Commercial Realtors' database & email system);
Chair - Economic Development Council, Missouri Realtors Association;
Downtown St. Louis Partnership, Inc., Citizens for Modern Transit;
Housing Solutions, Inc. He also serves as the National Association
of Realtors 1st Congressional District coordinator for Congressman
Lacy Clay. Eric has served on the boards of Missouri Realtors Association,
St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial Division, and was
a founder, officer, Board Member of the Central Reform Congregation,
where he chaired the 4.5 million CRC building project for
5 years. He received the Realtors Award for co-founding the Commercial
Information Exchange, the Commercial Division's Available Property
Database and email system. He was awarded Realtor
of the Year by the St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial
Division and received the Building the Community Award from March
of Dimes, for being a founder of Lift For Life Charter School.

Ken Langsdorf - Broker Associate
Ken brings to the Friedman Group over thirty years
experience, twenty as a real estate attorney in St. Louis and twelve
as a developer, investor and commercial broker. He serves on the
board of Forest Park Forever and is active in the Downtown Partnership.

Adam comes to the Friedman Group with a Business degree from Washington
University’s Olin School of Business. His
formal education is in Finance with practical experience in Project
Management and Consulting. Adam provides
a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support our brokerage, consulting
and development clients.

Chris comes to the Friedman Group with over twenty years of real estate
and development experience in an executive support and property management

Richard H. Guth, CCIM, CPM, RPA, Director of Marketing and Project Manager
With a BS in Marketing from Missouri State University Rick began his real estate career in 1979
as a property manager with Nooney Company. In 1992, after a position with Compass Management
and Leasing, Managers of the Equitable building, Rick joined NAI Finn & Associates as a
Vice President. Following a five year association with Coldwell Banker Commercial Rick joined
Friedman Group, Ltd.. During his career Rick has completed a wide range of projects ranging
from the development of two 24,000 square foot buildings, and the successful repositioning of a
101,000 square foot REO suburban office building (that allowed the owner to sell for a 25% increase
in value) to the sale of a 55 acre religious campus for $3.85 million. He is a Past President
of the St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Past Chairman of the Board
of the Commercial Information Exchange and a former member of the State of Missouri Elevator
Safety Board.
